Drug Eluting Balloon Stories 📍 Rome, 19 – 20 February 2026
The DEBS Congress represents the leading international scientific meeting entirely focused on drug-coated balloon (DCB) technology.
Now in its third edition, DEBS has established itself as a key global forum for the dissemination of high-level clinical evidence, technological innovation, and best practices in the field of interventional cardiology.
DEBS brings together internationally recognized experts and opinion leaders, fostering in-depth scientific discussion and advancing knowledge on the current and future applications of DCB therapy.

EuroPCR Joint Session | TRANSFORM II

How will TRANSFORM II change clinical practice?
This EuroPCR joint session, led by Prof. Bernardo Cortese, highlighted the evolving role of drug-coated balloons in coronary Interventions. The focus was clear: refining techniques to reduce the need for long or multiple permanent stents while maintaining optimal efficacy.
In collaboration with Concept Medical, live cases and expert discussions at DEBS 2026 showcased precision, advanced DCB strategies, and the “Leaving Nothing Behind” philosophy at the core of every session
Crystalline vs Amorphous DCB

At DEBS Congress 2026, we had the privilege of presenting our PICCOLETO VI Mi.Re study insights on how the structural differences in drug-coated balloons can influence drug delivery, stability, and overall performance.
This work was proudly presented by DCB Academy and Fondazione Ricerca e Innovazione Cardiovascolare, in collaboration with Giada Barabaschi, Marcello Gramola, and Cardionovum.
