This multicenter study is assessing systematic OCT guidance for LM-PCI, and comparing it with CABG. Analysis included 855 patients (396 PCI) from 18 European and Asiatic centers. The primary composite endpoint is major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (MACCE: cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, stroke, and target vessel revascularization at two years). Propensity score matching (PSM) analysis will be used to limit differences among the groups, along with Cox regression analysis. IVI-guided PCI for LMCA stenosis provides similar 2-year outcomes to CABG after two years. This study has not been published yet and is expected to be published in year 2026.
