At DCB Academy, we had the privilege of leading a transformative session in collaboration with the Working Group of the Association of Cardiovascular Interventions of the Polish Cardiac Society. The spotlight was on Drug-Coated Balloons (DCB) and their pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of cardiovascular interventions.
With contributions from world-renowned experts, including Prof. Bernardo Cortese, President of DCB Academy and Director and Professor of Medicine, Cleveland University Hospital, and Prof. Michał Hawranek, Prof. Zenon Huczek, as well as our DCB Academy fellows and members Dr. Wojciech Wańha, Dr. Sylwia Iwańczyk whose immense efforts and support were instrumental in organizing this session, along with the insightful presentations of Dr. Filippo Luca Gurgoglione, and Dr. Jasim Hasan, we delved into cutting-edge clinical evidence that is transforming patient outcomes and pushing the boundaries of innovation.
